AeroShell LGF
AeroShell Landing Gear Fluid (LGF) is a mineral hydraulic fluid (MIL-PRF-5606) to which additional additives are added, added for extreme pressure characteristics and natural lubrication of the fluid.
The lubricant provides a balanced thin film layer to metal surfaces in mild working conditions. When there are severe conditions (landing / touch),
extreme pressure additive provides the necessary carrier load on metal-metal surfaces
landing gear to prevent the occurrence of events such as "ladder cracking" and "slip deviation" of the piston component.
AeroShell LGF AeroShell Fluid 41 plus are additives.
