Description Castrol Claycon Release Light is a release agent recommended for use when pre-casting concrete and manufacturing clay bricks and tiles in press machines. The product, when used in overseas press machines, for example Anderson, Austral Otis, Bradley and Craven, reduced consumption from 70 liters to 15 liters per machine per day.
Applications Concrete: Apply by brush or spray, avoiding over application. The product is suitable for use on all types of mold and shuttering, including plastic, steel and fibreglass. Castrol Claycon Release Light is also suitable for all recasting operations and subsequent steam curing processes. Clay: Apply to segment boxes of press machines to which clay is fed. The formed brick thus has sufficient releasing agent to ensure ejection from the segment mold and subsequent lubrication in the press.
