CASTROL Techniclean SF

Description Castrol Techniclean SF is a mildly alkaline, low foaming, liquid spray wash cleaner specifically designed for use over a wide range of temperatures and pressures on ferrous metals within production engineering parts washing processes.

Applications

• Castrol Techniclean SF is suitable for the removal of swarf and other particulate soils, metalworking fluids and oily film rust preventives from ferrous metals during manufacture, particularly where short term corrosion protection is required.

• Techniclean SF is suitable for use in a wide range of industrial spray and intensive flood wash machines. Method Of Use For spray and intensive flood: 1.0 - 5.0% depending on degree of soiling Temperature range: 15 ° C - 80 ° C Pressure range: Up to 200 bar NOTE: Not suitable for use on non ferrous metals particularly yellow metals. Handling Precautions Techniclean SF is considered safe to use at all recommended dilution's.
