CASTROL Iloform PN 213

Description

Castrol Iloform PN 213 is a blend of highly refined mineral oils with metallic soaps, mineral fillers and chlorinated

extreme-pressure additives. Appearance is a smooth, creamy paste and it is off-white in color.

Applications

Castrol Iloform PN 213 is designed for use in deep drawing operations of more than usual severity, even on

heavy gauge Nimonics, Monal and Titanium.

• Castrol Iloform PN 213 should be applied to the work piece neat or as an emulsion for less arduous work. (The

emulsion may be cut back with water, depending on the severity of the drawing operation).

Castrol Iloform PN 213 is also suitable for most ferrous and non-ferrous materials in the drawing of automotive

engine oil sumps, petrol tanks, etc.

Advantages

Castrol Iloform PN 213 is readily soluble in water, may be cut back with water to form an emulsion for less

arduous drawing operations.

• Cleanliness of drawn parts, and ease of removal from die cavities.

Tap water need only be used to remove excess drawing lubricant fro dies and drawn components, as opposed to

a degreasing solution normally associated with conventional drawing lubricants.
