CASTROL Variocut™ G 572

Description

Castrol Variocut ™ G 572 (previously called Grinding Oil ™ 1572) is chlorine and heavy metal free neat cutting oil

especially formulated with a combination of extreme pressure (EP) and lubricity additives for heavy duty grinding and

general machining applications to optimize machining performance, enhance surface finish and lower the overall

operating costs.

Variocut G 572 is suitable for use in central systems as well as individual machines.

Application

Variocut G 572 can be used in all types of thread, tap, gear and form grinding applications. It is especially recommended

for use on CBN grinding wheels. It can also be used for general machining applications where heat generation is

relatively low.

Variocut G 572 contains active sulfur and is not compatible with yellow metals.
