Castrol Variocut ™ G 950 (previously called Castrol Ilogrind ™ 950) is chlorine and heavy-metal free neat cutting oil
especially formulated with a combination of ester and extreme pressure (EP) additives to optimise machining
performance, enhance surface finish and lower the overall operating costs.
Variocut G 950 is suitable for use in central systems as well as individual machines.
Application
Variocut G 950 is designed for high speed, creep feed grinding especially glass shaft grinding of ferrous and non ferrous
metals using CBN and carborundum wheels. It is also suitable for drilling and general machining of aluminum alloys
and yellow metals.
Variocut G 950 does not contain active sulfur and is compatible with yellow metals.
