Description
Castrol Iloform™ FST X is a medium viscosity, chlorinated neat forming oil containing high levels of advanced
lubricity and extreme pressure additives.
Application
Iloform FST X has been specifically developed for the most difficult metal forming operations, such as deepdrawing, cold pilgering (inner and outer lube), fine-blanking and bending of steel and stainless steel parts.
Iloform FST X is designed to be used as received.
Advantages
• Superior adhesion and wetting properties provide homogenous lubricating film which minimises scrap rate.
Extreme resistance to pressure and high protection against wear enables long tool and die life and thus
cuts downtime and tooling costs.

• Compatible with perchloethylene degreasing application (passed DOW-cooking test).
Excellent surface finish and cleanly sheared straight edges, especially on fine blanked components of
difficult geometry and high sheet metal thickness > 10 mm.
