Description
Castrol Iloform™ PN 130 is a medium viscosity multi-purpose forming oil for heavy duty operations, used on a
variety of medium and high tensile steels. The product combines medium chain chlorinated and sulphur extreme
pressure additives to provide excellent anti-wear properties leading to improved tool life.
Application
Iloform PN 130 was developed initially for deep drawing stainless steel in multi-stage transfer presses. It is
however a multi-purpose forming fluid and can be used successfully in a wide range of operations such as
pressing, stamping and piercing.
Iloform PN 130 can additionally be used in fine blanking operations on medium and low carbon steels, wherever
the requirement is cleanly cut surfaces and of high dimensional accuracy.
