CASTROL Iloform™ PL 6

Description

Castrol Iloform ™ PL 6 is a low viscous, chlorine-free liquid specially formulated for washing and stamping

of parts in the automotive industry. It is a mixture of high-performance, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives,

in a fully solvent refined paraffinic mineral oil.

Application

Iloform PL 6 is in particular formulated as a combined washing and forming liquid for use

roller washing systems.

It contains additives to break down and dissolve soil, grease and particles, making the material to be stamped clean

is becoming.

In the plate press, the product provides excellent lubrication and deformation of the metal, resulting in clean

sheet metal parts that do not contain any irregularities.

The viscosity of the product is low enough to be filtered using cartridge filter units.

The product is suitable for use on bare, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys, and is

compatible with copper alloys.

easily filtered to increase tool life.
