Description
Castrol Iloform™ PS 700 BF (previously called No. 700) is a specially formulated wax emulsion lubricant, containing an
aqueous blend of high performance boundary lubricity additives, emulsifiers and a special wax system.
The product is free from inorganic fillers, chlorine and sulphur additives, boron and heavy metals.
Application
Iloform PS 700 BF is designed for light to medium duty drawing and stamping applications. It is suitable for use on
ferrous metals, zinc-coated steels, aluminium and aluminium alloys, copper and brass.
Iloform PS 700 BF can be used as supplied or used diluted in water to a minimum concentration of 15% oil to water, for
less difficult operations. It forms a stable milky white emulsion in water.
Iloform PS 700 BF can be applied by brushing, roll-coating, spraying and dipping.

after metal forming
Free from chlorine- and heavy metals (example Barium) which may help to fulfil aspects of legislative and waste
treatment requirements that specify that these chemicals are excluded
Filler-free and water soluble, therefore it offers excellent cleaning with water based alkaline cleaners
