CASTROL Rustilo DW 205

Description

Castrol Rustilo ™ DW 205 is a powerful solvent based corrosion preventive with good dewatering properties. It is

formulated on a moderately volatile, medium flash point solvent blend.

The product, after evaporation of the solvent, leaves a thin oily protective film.

Application

Rustilo DW 205 can be directly applied to wet surface. The water displacing action quickly removes water from the

components subsequent to electroplating process, machining process using soluble cutting fluids or components

which have been washed. It also offers protection against acid fumes and humid operating conditions.

Rustilo DW 205 leaves thin oily film which provides medium term corrosion protection for intermediate storage of tubes,

gears, springs, steel rods, bars, machined components, simple hand tools etc.

Rustilo DW 205 can be applied by brush or spray. The products dewatering action is most effective when applied

through a dip tank.
