CASTROL Rustilo™ DW 90 HF

Description

Castrol Rustilo™ DW 90 HF (previously called SafeCoat™ DW 90) is a no odor, oil-dispersed, water-displacing,

fingerprint suppression corrosion preventive uniquely formulated to be compatible with synthetic tube mill products. This

product deposits a thin, slight oily residual film, which is easily cleaned using an alkaline cleaner or vapor degreaser.

Application

Rustilo DW 90 HF is designed for conditions in which a no odor environment is desired. Ideally suited for applications

where parts are previously exposed to water containing machining and grinding coolants, cleaners, and water rinses.

This product provides an excellent solution to environmental conditions where low VOC levels are required. Long term

indoor humidity protection is incorporated into the product design. Rustilo DW 90 HF contains specialty additives

formulated to allow for manual handling and moving of parts.
