Description
Optigear Synthetic A are fully synthetic high performance gear oils with an additive content
Microflux Trans. They guarantee optimal protection against frictional wear under high thermal and heavy loads
operating conditions such as vibration, vibration, and shock loads.
A wide application temperature range, especially at low starting temperatures, and high resistance to
loads are the distinguishing features of the Optigear Synthetic A series. Thermally and mechanically stable polyalphaolines and
Microflux Trans additives adapt to changing operating conditions and actively prevent abrasive wear.
Application
In heavily loaded industrial gears - in case of large temperature fluctuations and extreme ones
pressures.
In wind farms, conveyor belts, crane drives, elevators, rolling mills, etc.
In highly loaded eccentrics, gear clutches, chain drives, robot drives and joints
and with forced power transmission.
In all types of plain and rolling bearings, especially tapered roller bearings in extruders,
vibrating screens, vibrators and press spindles.
In transport equipment in winter conditions.
Especially in the arctic countries such as Canada, the United States, Scandinavia.
Optigear Synthetic A oils are classified as CLP-HP gear oils (DIN 51502) and increase
the minimum requirements specified in DIN 51517, part 3.
Advantages
Very favorable viscosity-temperature characteristics, wide range of application temperatures.
Excellent low temperature properties, easy starting, good fluidity at extremely low temperatures
temperatures.
Optimum protection against wear - smoothing of scratches and pitting.
Extremely low coefficient of friction allows to reduce friction, energy costs and oil temperature.
Significantly extended replacement intervals, reduced maintenance costs.
Shear stability.
High anti-corrosion protection, compatible with non-ferrous metals.
Compatibility with commonly used paints and sealing materials.
