Explanation
Castrol Braycote ™ 803 RP is a smooth, buttery, off-white NLGI # 2 lubricant based on perfluoropolyeter oil (Castrol) )
Brayco ® 812) and thickened with a tetrafluoroethylene gelling agent. Contains a rust and corrosion inhibitor for iron
component protection. Castrol Braycote 803 RP is thermally stable in air, vacuum, strong acids and oxidizers. Castrol
Fluoroclean ™ x 100 or Castrol Fluoroclean ™ can be used to clean this product. See data sheets for
information about these products.
Application
Castrol Braycote 803 RP was developed for use in applications where prolonged exposure to high temperature or hard temperature is present.
I'm waiting for the vacuum. This product is fully compatible for use in direct or indirect contact with liquid and gaseous oxygen
(LOX / GOX). Castrol Braycote 803 RP is stable when exposed to strong acids and oxidizers. Perfluorinated greases,
in general, they exhibit excellent shelf life due to their intrinsic inertness.

when sufficient torque is available.
Compatibility
Castrol Braycote 803 RP is compatible with all commonly used building materials, including metals, plastics and other materials.
elastomers. Lewis acids, such as aluminum chloride, can adversely affect any pfpe grease at high temperature.
Newly exposed friction surfaces of aluminum, magnesium or titanium at high temperatures can react with Castrol
Braycote ® 803rp under certain conditions. Such systems should be thoroughly evaluated. Surfaces should be cleaned well
use of organic rust inhibitors before applying grease to ensure proper lubrication.
