Formulated with state-of-the-art base oils, additives and emulsifiers, the Mobilcut product line, which does not contain chlorine, provides reliable performance in a wide range of metalworking operations. These products are designed to work with all soft and hard waters, offer low foam formation and provide long-term corrosion protection for machine tools and parts. Easy to maintain and stable in nature, Mobilcut products are designed for modern metalworking shops where long service life, excellent machining performance and health and environmental sensitivity are important. These products are supplied in concentrated form and require mixing with water at the point of use. Mobilcut products do not contain formaldehyde emitting compounds (FAD).

Mobilcut 100-New is a conventional milky metal working fluid that can be mixed with different waters to form stable emulsions. It shows good pH stability and is particularly suitable for hard waters. Its versatile performance makes it the most suitable product for general machining of steel and copper alloys, such as light to medium hard milling, turning, cutting, drilling, drilling and reaming.

Features and Benefits

Mobilcut series products are designed to help increase the productivity of modern metalworking shops by providing high performance properties.
