Explanation

The Castrol Spheerol ™ ️ CL series represents a range of high quality greases developed for the automotive and industrial markets with an optimized combination of mineral oil, calcium thickener technology and selected additives.

Application

The Castrol Spheerol CL grease series is based on calcium concentrator technology and has excellent natural water resistance, so it can be used in a variety of applications that may be exposed to higher humidity and the operating temperature cannot exceed the specified temperature.

It is recommended to use Castrol Spheerol CL 1 predominantly for chassis lubrication. It has the advantages of polymer and high base oil viscosity, and can better withstand the washing effect of water in rotating and clamp operating temperature not exceeding 60 ° C.

Castrol Spheerol CL 2 is considered suitable for lubricating light to medium plain bearings and bearings in applications where water ingress is common and operating temperatures do not exceed 60 ° C, such as trailers or boat launchers.

Castrol Spheerol CL 3 is suitable for light duty applications where a stiffer consistency may increase resistance to water ingress and extreme vibration (when the operating temperature does not exceed 60 ° C).
