CASTROL Optileb Paste NH1

Description

Castrol Optileb™ Paste NH 1(previously named Obeen™ Paste NH1) is a white, metal-free special paste for a

temperature range of -40°C to +1200°C. At temperatures above 200°C the synthetic carrier liquid and the pasty lubricant

transfer to dry lubrication. The solid lubricants guarantee consistent lubrication and separation properties. The paste

meets the quality requirements of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) according to guidelines 21 CFR 178.3570

and NSF H1.

Application

Optileb Paste NH 1 as assembly paste for components in high and low temperature ranges specifically in the

food industry.

For heating bearings, fitting parts, spline shafts.

For the prevention of frictional corrosion.

Improves assembly and simplifies dismantling – even after high temperature application.

For eccentric, radial cams, screwed connections and as a lubricant and separator in heat shaping.

Additional Information

Do not mix Optileb Paste NH 1 with other pastes or greases. Clean surfaces, apply evenly to both fitting parts with a
