Po Adblue
Description
AdBlue® is a 32.5% solution of urea in deionized water.
Places of Use
It is a compulsory technology to be used in all SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) equipped diesel vehicles developed to comply with Euro IV and Euro V emission standards. It is placed in the AdBlue® tank located next to the fuel tank, it cannot be mixed with fuel.
SCR technology is based on the purification of exhaust gases through AdBlue®, which is injected directly into the exhaust pipe exiting the engine. The ammonia molecules released as a result of the evaporation of water in AdBlue®, which is released into the high temperature exhaust gas, reacts as it passes through the SCR catalytic converter and converts harmful nitrogen oxides into nitrogen and water vapor in the air.
Features and Benefits
In Euro V vehicles using SCR technology, Euro III level provides up to 6% fuel economy compared to fuel consumption.
It is environmentally friendly. It reduces nitrogen oxides (NOx) emitted by exhaust gas by up to 80%.
It is easy to use, reliable, safe and efficient.
Specifications and Approvals that it meets
It complies with ISO 22241-1 and DIN 70070 standards.
