Description
Castrol Syntilo™ 9923 is a mineral oil free synthetic coolant especially developed heavy duty machining of aluminium
alloys and other aerospace alloys. It forms a clear, stable solution in both hard and soft waters. Syntilo 9923 contains a
combination of surfactant chemistry that provides superior lubrication and excellent cooling properties.
It can be used in both single sump machines as well as central systems.
Application
Castrol Syntilo 9923 is recommended for grinding, honing, milling, turning, boring, drilling and tapping on aluminium
and aerospace alloys including nickel alloys.

Boron, formaldehyde releasing agent and nitrite free which help you to fulfil aspects of legislative and waste
treatment requirements where applicable
Storage
To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away
from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to
store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.
