Description
MOLUB-ALLOY™ PASTE PL (previously named Optimol™ Paste PL) is especially suited for highly loaded sliding
surfaces as well as for base and thin-film lubrication at high pressures and temperatures.
For larger surfaces and lubricating points with difficult access such as bore holes, threads and gear rims we
recommend the use of MOLUB-ALLOY PASTE PL SPRAY.
Application
-For screw connections, press and snug fits at high temperatures up to + 600°C/+ 1112°F
-For sliding bearings, bushes and toothed wheels.
-On drive trains in the automotive industry.
-For base lubrication of slide ways, guides and joints.
-For good separation of tool and work piece during hot shaping of metals.
-Temperature application range: - 30°C/- 22°F up to about + 450°C/+ 842°F (in case of reduced air supply up to
+600°C/+ 1112°F)

Additional Information
Clean surface. Apply thin layer of MOLUB-ALLOY PASTE PL with a brush or a lint-free cloth. Remove excess paste.
Shake MOLUB-ALLOY PASTE PL SPRAY (article no. 08436) well before use. Hold can about 15 - 20 cm (6 to 8 inches)
from lubricating point to apply thin and even layer of lubricant.
Only for paste-specific applications - cannot replace oil or grease lubrication. Please avoid mixing with other pastes,
greases or oils.
The product was previously named Optimol Paste PL. The name was changed in 2015.
