CASTROL ML-70 FORM OIL

Castrol form oil ML-70 form oil is a mineral based form oil that contains a release agent and is recommended for high quality architectural surface finishes on pre-cast concrete. Castrol form oil ML-70 form oil is a specially formulated release agent that will provide a quality surface finish that is non-staining.

The “non-greasy” nature of the dried film minimizes air entrapment of the mold surface, reducing surface blemishes and substantially reducing remedial costs. Castrol form oil ML-70 form oil also minimizes damage to form surfaces. Corrosion on steel molds is inhibited. On all mold types the easier release, reduced residue and minimizes the chance of damage to the mold surface during stripping and cleaning.

Application Instructions: Apply a thin coat of material uniformly by brush, roller, spray, or wipe onto the form with a cloth. This product is initially a fluid coating that thickens after application onto the form due to evaporation of solvent. Ensure that film thickening has occurred prior to pouring concrete. Concrete can be poured in as little as ten minutes after application, depending on ambient conditions and nature of form material. Over application may result in staining. Do not use if ambient or form temperatures are less than

45° F or are likely to fall below 45° F.

Limitations: Product should be stored at temperatures above 45° F.
