Description

Castrol Hysol ™ 30 FF is a high performance semi-synthetic emulsifiable coolant free from chlorine and donor

formaldehyde. It contains a package of additives that work in synergy allowing to obtain an improvement in performance on machine tools together with an improvement in the surface finishes of the machined pieces. It also guarantees excellent product stability in terms of biostability together with a low operating cost.

Applications

Hysol 30 FF is a recommended product for machining ghsa and low-medium alloyed steels.

It can be used in single tanks and centralized systems.

Storage

To avoid product deterioration it is recommended to keep the packaging sealed. Avoid any infiltration of water and protect from frost. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sun, preferably indoors. For further details it is advisable to refer to the safety data sheet of the product.

Note

When using Hysol 30 FF for the first time, it is advisable to clean and sterilize the coolant circulation system. For this purpose, the use of TECHNICLEAN MTC 43 is effective, which must be added at a rate of 1.5% in the emulsion to be replaced, for about 8-12 hours before the change, without the machine having to be interrupted. At the end of the operation it is necessary to empty all the circuits, remove any deposits and rinse with water. The above operation is also advisable when replacing very aged or very degraded emulsions
