Description

Castrol Hysol 6545 is a soluble, high-performance, bio-stable, non-foaming, semi-synthetic EP-type cutting fluid, free from chlorine, nitrites and phenols, for general machining cast iron, carbon steels, alloy and stainless steels, aluminum and their alloys and yellow metals. It contains an exceptional additive package that works in synergy to increase and improve the machining performance and surface finish, providing excellent product stability, improving bio-resistance properties and reducing total operating costs.

Application

Castrol Hysol 6545 is recommended for use in centralized systems or individual reservoirs of numerically controlled and conventional machine tools, of all types of metals.

Especially suitable for operations with soft or artificially softened water where there are foam problems.

Exceptional performance in Special Reamers for hole drilling.
