Description

BP Turbinol Select oils have been formulated to meet today’s multiple challenging turbine oil environments through a carefully selected formulation approach that provides ultimate oxidation resistance, rust and corrosion control, water separation and excellent foam and air entrainment qualities. Turbinol Select incorporates a unique “low acidic” corrosion inhibitor to improve contamination resistance in some of the most difficult turbine environments. Turbinol Select is formulated with chosen hydro processed stocks and a proprietary combination of specially prepared additives that ensures optimum performance throughout the fluid’s life. The additives and components utilized in Turbinol Select are closely monitored during the manufacturing process to provide the highest quality finished lubricant for field usage.

Application

Turbinol Select is engineered to meet or exceed the lubricant specification requirements of multiple steam and gas turbine manufacturers. In the appropriate viscosity grade, Turbinol Select meets the requirements of General Electric GEK-32568, Cincinnati Milacron P-38, P-55 and P-57, Solar Turbines ES 9-224, and many other OEMs.
