Mobilcut 100 is water soluble, multipurpose, high performance, semi synthetic cutting oils. These oils have been formulated with high quality base oils, emulsifiers and additive systems to ensure high processing performance in a wide variety of machining processes. The high-oil emulsion serves as excellent cutting performance, outstanding tool lubrication and corrosion prevention. Light to medium processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (Mobilcut 122); They are designed for a wide range of cutting operations ranging from medium to difficult operations (Mobilcut 122).
Mobilcut 122 can form oils easily and stable micro-emulsions with water. These products are designed to emulsify with water of a wide variety of qualities and be resistant to foaming even in high-pressure systems. Emulsions created by Mobilcut 122 provide longer coolant life than conventional water-soluble cutting oils, provided the correct cutting oil maintenance procedures are followed.
Mobilcut 122 oils do not contain nitrite and chlorine.
