Description

Castrol Rustilo DWX 33 is a high-quality soft-film rust preventive which, on evaporation of the solvent, leaves a

powerful protective film. Castrol Rustilo DWX 33 is a dark brown, cloudy mobile fluid with soft, greasy / waxy film

characteristics, possessing water-displacement properties.

Application

• Castrol Rustilo DWX 33 is the most robust of the soft-film type.

• It is based on a new rust inhibitor and has already given excellent results when used on items exposed to

the open air, i.e. car body protection, sheet coil, strip, bar and extruded steel, stock spares, exposed gearing,

conveyors and wire ropes, etc.

Method Of Use

Castrol Rustilo DWX 33 should preferably be used by immersion, but if impractical can be applied by spraying or

brushing. It should be used as supplied and stirred before use.

Removal

Castrol Rustilo DWX 33 can be removed with petroleum solvents, vapor degreasing or by a suitable alkaline

cleaner.
