Rustilo 710 EPD is an extreme pressure cleaner and corrosion inhibitor designed for water jet spray applications
where a sharp stream of water is required. Its unique chemistry maintains a slightly viscous solution that
optimizes the direction of flow from spray nozzles to allow for precision chip flushing of deep holes in machined
parts.
Application
Rustilo 710 EPD can be used for high pressure deburring and chip flushing operations where a sharp stream is
required to penetrate small orifices and tight geometries.

Concentration Control
The concentration of the Rustilo 710 EPD can be easily measured with an Atago Model N1 refractometer. The
graph is a linear regression of actual readings from laboratory tests on laboratory prepared samples. It is important
to realize that refractometer readings are dependent upon the type of refractometer and water used. Atago Model
N1 refractometers are available through Castrol Industrial North America Inc.
