Description

Castrol Iloform™ BWN 170 is a chlorine free neat oil designed for the non-cutting shaping and bending of ferrous

materials. Compounded with fats and active sulphur additives, Iloform BWN 170 provides extreme pressure

lubrication that prevents metal tears in deep drawing operations, extends tool life and improves surface finish.

Application

Iloform BWN 170 is designed for use as a light duty outer lubricant for hydroforming applications on ferrous

materials.

Its robust additive package enables the Iloform BWN 170 to be used in a wide variety of drawing, deep drawing,

and wire drawing applications.

Iloform BWN 170 is designed to be used as received and can be applied via spray, drip, or flood.
