Castrol Iloform™ BWN 205 is a high viscosity, chlorinated, heavy duty forming fluid. It is a blend of high performance
extreme pressure additives.
Application
Iloform BWN 205 is specially formulated for use in heavy duty deep drawing, bar and rod drawing where extreme
performance is required. It is suitable for use on medium to heavy gauge steels, alloy steels and aluminium alloys.
Advantages
Contains high performance, extreme pressure additives, which provide very high resistance to temperature and
pressure, and high resistance to wear. Enhanced tool and die life, cuts downtime and reduces tooling costs.
High viscosity provides homogenous and tenacious lubricating film. Maintains excellent performance in high
throughput, or multi stage operations. Consistent, high surface quality.
