DESCRIPTION
ILOFORM PN 11 is an evaporable whole lubricant for metallic deformation. It is free of chlorinated and sulfur compounds.
APPLICATIONS
ILOFORM PN 11 is recommended in the following applications:
• Cutting and deep drawing of aluminum and non-ferrous metal alloys.
• Punching of aluminum sheets.
• Profiling of aluminum sheets.
• Galvanized steel punching.
• Deep drawing of aluminum tubes of small dimensions.
PROPERTIES
• ILOFORM PN 11 ensures a clean cut without burrs.
• ILOFORM PN 11 eliminates post-cut degreasing, or drawing
allowing welding and painting without previous treatment.
• ILOFORM PN 11 can be drip, roller or felt applied to ensure a
uniform film of lubricant.
• ILOFORM PN 11 must be applied by spraying (airless system, or at low
Pressure )
• ILOFORM PN 11 can also be applied by immersion.
• Totally odor-free

• APPEARANCE: Light yellow liquid.
• VISCOSITY @ 40 ºC: 1.4 CSt
• DENSITY @ 15 ºC: 0.77 g / cc
• P. INFLAMMATION (CLOSED CUP): 35 ºC
MANIPULATION AND STORAGE
Store between –5 and 40ºC. Avoid contact with water.
