CASTROL Rustilo™ DW 180 HF

Description

Castrol Rustilo ™ DW 180 HF (formerly SafeCoat ™ DW 18 VC) is an anti-corrosion preventive fluid

high quality with water repellent properties, specifically formulated based on a low volatility solvent

with the objective of complying with the current legislation on volatile organic compounds (VOC).

The solvent, after evaporation, leaves a thin, greasy oily protective film.

Application

Castrol Rustilo DW 180 HF quickly removes water from components that have undergone electroplating processes,

machined with soluble cutting fluids or components that have been vibration washed or finished.

The thin protective film provides effective short to medium term corrosion protection during

intermediate storage or transport of elements and components.

(VOC) at 20º C.

Does not contain heavy metals, such as Barium - reduces disposal costs.
