CASTROL Anvol AE 5/95

Description

Castrol Anvol AE 5/95 category HFA-S Fire Resistant Hyrdraluic Fluid is a high performance synthetic water

additive for use in water hydraulic systems. Anvol AE 5/95 when used as directed will provide superior lubrication

and corrosion protection to hydraulic system components. Anvol AE 5/95 may be used in place of soluble oils in

hydraulic systems.

Application

Anvol AE 5/95 is designed for use in water hydraulic systems in areas of hazard due to high fire risk

Spillage:

Small 20 litres or less

 Soak up on Castrol Diatomaceous Earth or similar inert oil absorbent. Arrange for disposal

through an approved facility.

Large Greater than 20 litres

Remove all sources of ignition. Increase ventilation. Evacuate all unnecessary personnel.

Wear full protective equipment and clothing to minimise exposure. If possible contain the spill.

Place inert absorbent material such as vermiculite, sand or dirt onto spillage. Use clean nonsparking tools to collect the material and place into a suitable labelled container. Do not dilute

material but contain. If large quantities of this material enter the waterways contact the

Environmental Protection Authority, or your local Waste Management Authority.

Disposal Oils must not be allowed to enter ground water, water courses, sewerage or drainage

systems. Refer to local waste disposal authority for legal requirements.
