CASTROL Optileb V 46

Description

Castrol Optileb ™ V products are 100% synthetic compressor lubricants based on

polyalphaolefins of ISO VG 46 and 100 classes intended for the lubrication of compressors used in

pharmaceutical and food industries. They are formulated only from compliant raw materials

NSF H1 requirements for accidental food contact.

Application

Reciprocating, sliding vane air compressors, helical type.

Terms of use

Please follow the viscosity recommendations specified by the manufacturer.

The Castrol Optileb V series is compatible with conventional plastics and sealants which are

resistant to low viscosity mineral oils.

When transitioning from a standard mineral oil product to a Castrol Optileb V series product, please

rinse the system thoroughly and check the condition of the filters.
