Castrol Hysol 15
Castrol Hysol T 15 is a semi-synthetic, biostable, emulsion-based cooling oil developed especially for metal removal and grinding operations of ferrous metals.
Castrol Hysol T 15 does not contain chlorine, phenol, nitrite and secondary amines.

FEATURES
It mixes very easily with water and creates a translucent emulsion.
Thanks to its biostable antibacterial feature, it is much longer lasting than conventional products.
Its emulsion is resistant to bacteriological contamination and other impurities
Keeps clean counters thanks to detergent and filtration properties
Also compatible with hard waters (396 - 494 ppm)
Provides excellent lubrication feature thanks to its high cooling power

TERMS OF USE AND STORAGE
Castrol Hysol T 15 blends perfectly with water to form a translucent emulsion.
If the emulsion is to be prepared manually, add Castrol Hysol T 15 to the water by mixing it for a few seconds (do not add the water to the oil). If an automatic mixer is used, make sure that sufficient water pressure is reached.
If Castrol Hysol T 15 is used for the first time, the equipment needs to be cleaned and sterilized.
The product should be stored at temperatures between -5 and 40 C in stock.
