Mobil Vactra Oil No 1
Mobil Vacra Oil No 1 is a high performance general purpose oil prepared for use in non-critical industrial applications such as lossy systems where lubrication is performed intermittently or in cases where contamination and oil leaks cannot be prevented. In such services, an economical solution is provided compared to premium quality oils developed for both plain and ball bearings, gear applications and hydraulic systems, which are included in both circulation and lossy systems and where high quality anti-wear products are not required.
These oils are formulated with high quality base oils and additives that resist oxidation and thermal degradation and prevent rust and corrosion. Mobil Vacra Oil No 1 oils are preferred by many operators around the world to meet the economical oil demands that can be used in a wide range of industrial applications.
Features and Benefits
Mobil Vacra Oil No 1 oils provide a wide range of benefits that contribute to reducing operating and maintenance costs. The benefits are given below:
Features Advantages and Benefits
Contributes to reducing scale formation and filter pollution
Very good thermal / oxidation and chemical stability
Cleans the system, extends filter life and reduces maintenance costs
Excellent protection against rust and corrosion

Usage places
Mobil Vacra Oil No 1 oils are general purpose oils recommended for non-critical industrial applications where lubrication is performed intermittently, or for situations where contamination and oil leaks cannot be prevented. These provide excellent lubrication for plain and ball bearings. These oils are also recommended for medium-duty conditions where high levels of leakage often require oil refills. These products should not be used under conditions where average oil temperatures are above 66ºC. Special application areas include:
• Medium duty industrial gear applications
• Central lubrication systems without wear protection feature
• Paper machines ranging from low to medium service
• Non-critical machine tools, many air compressors and other flat and ball bearing applications.
