PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Castrol Magnaglide D 68 is a mineral-based high-performance grease with easy friction and emulsions, friction-reducing components and extreme pressure (EP) additives.
PLACES USED
Castrol Magnaglide D 68 can be used in all horizontal and vertical skids where high speed separation is required to protect the skids and to maximize coolant life. As the additives in the product minimize the friction and prevent Stick - slip, it provides significant benefits in increasing the surface quality of the processed material.
FEATURES
Thanks to its rapid separation from water-soluble cutting oils, it easily separates from emulsions and reduces the damage caused by such foreign oils to the emulsion, and significantly reduces the emulsion consumption and emulsion costs by significantly extending the life of the emulsion.
With its excellent washing resistance against coolants, it prevents metal skids from being protected against corrosion and wear of skids made of composite material.
With its excellent friction reduction feature, it ensures that the slideway movements are complete and precise, so that the workpiece can be obtained with the desired precision dimensions.
