Description

Castrol Ilocut™ 820 is a chlorine and heavy-metal free neat cutting oil especially formulated with a unique combination

of ester, extreme pressure (EP) additives and base oil to optimise machining performance, enhance surface finish and

lower the overall operating costs.

Application

Ilocut 820 is designed for grinding, general machining and deep drilling of ferrous metals, low and medium alloyed

steels.

It contains active sulphur and may not be suitable for yellow metals.

Storage

To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away

from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to

store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.
