Castrol Hysol® R BNL is a biostable, long-life, chlorine- and nitrite-free, fluid-miscible machining fluid. It is suitable for use in operations on ferrous and non-ferrous materials, especially suitable for machining cast iron.

It is universally applicable for all machining operations, including grinding.

This liquid solves the foaming problems of conventional liquids in the water hardness range between 5 and 20 ° dH

The liquid is formulated to be biologically stable and resistant to attack by bacteria and fungi.
