CASTROL Hysol LXE

Description

Castrol Hysol ™ LXE is a high performance chlorinated soluble metalworking fluid. Contains a unique blend of extreme pressure additives and corrosion inhibitors which work in synergy to improve machining performance and surface finish providing excellent product stability, improving bio-resistance properties and lowering overall operating costs .

Hyson LXE is suitable for large central systems and machines with individual tanks.

Application

Hysol LXE is suitable for use in most general machining applications including milling, drilling, rose opening, and countersinking. It is a versatile product that can be used for machining wrought iron, medium-low alloy steel, high alloy stainless steel and aluminum alloys.

Storage

To avoid deterioration of the product, always keep the container / drum firmly sealed. Store the product

in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to extreme cold or frost and avoid water penetration. For optimal product stability, it is preferable to store the product inside at a temperature between 5 ° C and 45 ° C.
