PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SYNTILO 464 is a synthetic abrasive that is suitable for a wide range of materials.

FIELD OF APPLICATION

SYNTILO 464 is developed for abrasive machining in ordinary. steel, cast iron, as well as red goods and certain types of plastic.

SYNTILO 464 is low foaming, provides good corrosion inhibition and is biologically stable.

The product is also monoethanolamine-free and can therefore be used to advantage where extra demands are made on the working environment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before entering the machine, SYNTILO 464 should be disinfected and thoroughly cleaned with TECHNICLEAN MTC-43.

SYNTILO 464 is used for abrasive machining and can be mixed in both hard and soft water.

The mixing ratio is for guidance only and should be adjusted according to local conditions.

Cleaning of workpieces produced with SYNTILO 464 can, if desired, be done with an alkaline degreaser. Depending on the washing method used, Castrol can offer a suitable product.
