Description
Energrease LCX 103 and 222 are lithium complex extreme pressure greases based on high quality mineral oils intended for the lubrication of industrial installations.
They are characterized by excellent tack, water resistance and washout properties.
Applications
- Reduction of downtime and maintenance costs, thanks to a high level of protection against wear and corrosion even in the presence of acidic water.
- Excellent resistance to washing, and mechanical stability when mixed with water.
- Extension of relubrication intervals thanks to a long service life, even under severe conditions.
- Suitable for a wide range of bearing speeds. Free from lead, chlorine and nitrite.
Properties
Energrease LCX 222 is an NLGI 2 grade grease, formulated with ISO VG 220 mineral oil. It is an industrial multi-purpose grease for severe applications and designed to resist shock and vibration, washout and the introduction of water and corrosive environment. This grease is also recommended for marine applications because of its water resistance and anti-corrosion protection. Its temperature range goes from -15 to + 150 ° C.
Energrease LCX 103 ensures an excellent seal thanks to its adhesiveness and its consistency of
NLGI grade 3.
Storage
It is recommended to store the packaging under cover. If the storage is done outside, the packaging must be protected to avoid possible water ingress as well as the erasure of
product identification. The products should not be stored at a temperature above 60 ° C and should not be exposed to strong sunlight, intense cold or large temperature variations.
