MobilTac 325
Nc are extra high performance, lead-free, solvent type, viscous oils designed for a wide range of open gear and mining applications. It contains volatile solvent that does not contain chlorine and maintains fluidity even at the lowest temperatures. Once applied, this diluent evaporates and remains a flexible, sticky and high-strength lubricant that maintains its consistency throughout its service life. Mobil Tac 325 Nc adheres very strongly to the surface of gears and other machine elements, providing a very good lubrication in limit conditions, resistant to excessive skidding and thus protection against wear, creating a continuous viscous oil film.
Mobil Tac 325 Nc does not solidify, peel or flake in cold weather, it recovers itself and does not form solidified deposits on the gear bottoms. Very infrequent dripping or skidding is observed and can be easily cleaned with cloths soaked with lubricating solvent. The product is resistant to rain, snow and washing with water used in production. Its flash point minimizes the risk of fire. These new generation gear and mining lubricants are applied manually or with automatic lubricants.
