Castrol Hysol T15
Castrol Hysol T 15 is a semi-synthetic, biostable, emulsion-based cooling oil developed especially for chip removal and grinding operations on ferrous metals.
Castrol Hysol T 15 is free of chlorine, phenol, nitrite and secondary amines.

USAGE AND STORAGE CONDITIONS
Castrol Hysol T 15 mixes perfectly with water to form a translucent emulsion.
If the emulsion is to be prepared manually, add Castrol Hysol T 15 to the water by mixing for a few seconds (do not add water to the oil). If an automatic mixer is used, make sure that sufficient water pressure is reached.
If Castrol Hysol T 15 is used for the first time, the equipment must be cleaned and sterilized.
The product should be stored in stock at temperatures between -5 and 40 C.
