CASTROL Iloform PL 6

Description

Castrol Iloform ™ PL 6 is a low viscosity, chlorine-free metal stamping fluid specifically designed

for automotive sidewashing and stamping operations.

It consists of a blend of high performance antiwear and extreme pressure additives in mineral oil

paraffinic.

Application

Iloform PL 6 is specially designed for use in washing roller systems, due to its double action

as a washing and lubricating fluid.

It contains additives to dissolve and remove dirt, grease and particles and thus allows

to obtain a clean sidewall before stamping.

When used in the press, the product provides excellent lubrication and improves the flow of metal which allows

produce clean, stain-free siding panels.

Its sufficiently low viscosity allows it to be easily filtered by cartridge filter systems.

The product is suitable for use on uncoated steels, galvanized steels and aluminum alloys and is

compatible with yellow metals.
