CASTROL PH ADJUSTER 401

Description

Castrol pH adjuster 401 is a amine based pH booster that is free of inorganic salts. It can be used in single sump

machines as well as central systems.

Application

Castrol pH adjuster 401 is recommended for use in water soluble metalworking fluids where the pH have dropped

below the recommended level. The additive will also improve the buffering capabillity and corrosion protection of

the system

Conditions of Use

Castrol pH adjuster 401 should only be used upon recommendation of Castrol’s Service Representative.

Recomended concetration is between 0,2 - 1% depening of the pH drop

pH(concentrate) = 11,8 - 12,4

Storage

To avoid product deterioration, keep the container/drum tightly sealed always. Prevent any frost and water

ingress. Store it in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is preferable to store the product indoors
