Vacmul EDM is a multi-purpose dielectric fluid used in all erosion machines, especially in coarse, delicate and very sensitive processes, which work with the immersion method. Vacmul EDM is a very pure liquid specially designed to provide maximum production efficiency and machine operator comfort used in electro-erosion machines. In the metalworking operation, the metal is removed from the workpiece surface by creating a potential difference between the workpiece and the shaped electrode. Vacmul EDM has the ability to provide regular insulation and then allow controlled electrical discharge when the limit voltage is reached.

Vacmul EDM has the right balance of viscosity, evaporation, oxidation stability, heat conduction properties, low odor and low toxicity. Vacmul EDM is a highly refined, narrow distillation range, low viscosity liquid designed specifically for use in sensitive processes requiring high surface quality.
