Description
Castrol Surfactant S 625 is a non-ionic polyether polyol surfactant especially developed for soluble metalworking fluids. It is optimised for
stability and compatibility as an effective tank-side additive for both single sump machines as well as central systems.
It helps improve machinibility by adjusting surface tension of working emulsions.
Application
Castrol Surfactant S 625 is especially developed to improve wetting properties of soluble metalworking fluid emulsions to improve their
machining performance in critical applications like mapal reaming, tapping, etc.
Recommended Concentrations
Castrol Surfactant S 625 should only be used after consultation with Castrol’s Service Representative. Recommended dosage is 0.1% to
0.2%. Overuse can result in increased foaming in the water based system.
Additional Information
To avoid product deterioration, keep the container/drum tightly sealed always. Prevent any frost and water ingress. Store it in a cool and dry
place away from direct sunlight. It is preferable to store the product indoors always. For more details, please refer the product safety data
