CASTROL TECHNICLEAN S 400

Description

Castrol Techniclean™ S 400 is a low alkalinity liquid aqueous process cleaner containing surfactants and corrosion

inhibitors.

The product is designed to be fully compatible with Castrol Hysol™ EM 400 and Boost WP25 soluble cutting fluid

system.

Application

Techniclean S 400 has been specifically formulated for cleaning aluminium and ferrous components in a wide range of

industrial spray and intensive flood wash machines. The product is effective in removing of swarf, dirt, neat and soluble

cutting oils during manufacture. Techniclean S 400 provides short term corrosion protection on aluminium and ferrous

metals.

Where required Techniclean S 400 is suitable for filtration to 0.1 microns.

Additional Information

If required cleaning performance may be enhanced via the addition of Castrol Surfactant S 614.

Storage

To avoid product deterioration always keep the container/drum tightly sealed. Store the product in a cool, dry place away

from direct sunlight. Prevent exposure to frost and avoid water ingress. For optimum product stability, it is preferable to

store the product indoors between 5°C and 45 °C / 41°F and 113°F.
