Description

Castrol Techniclean™ HP is an aqueous, low alkalinity, industrial cleaner containing biodegradable surfactants

and corrosion inhibitors.

Application

Techniclean HP is an inter-operational, multi-metal cleaner, suitable for cleaning parts and components in a wide

range of industrial spray and intensive flood wash machines.

Techniclean HP is specifically developed for use in high-pressure process cleaning and deburring equipment.

Techniclean HP effectively removes soluble oils, light duty neat cutting or forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film

corrosion preventives, swarf and general dirt.

Concentration Control

 • Pipette 10 ml in an Erlenmeyer flask

 • Add 1 - 2 drops of indicator solution nitrazine yellow

 • Titrate with hydrochloric acid (c = 0,1 ml/l) until colour changes from blue to yellow
