Castrol Magnaglide D 68
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Castrol Magnaglide D 68 is a mineral based high performance skid oil containing friction-reducing components and extreme pressure (EP) additives that can easily separate from water and emulsions.
PLACES USED
Castrol Magnaglide D 68 can be used in all horizontal and vertical slides where high speed separation is required in order to protect the slides and maximize the life of the coolant. Additives in the product reduce the friction to a minimum and prevent stick-slip, as well as increasing the surface quality of the processed material.
FEATURES
With its feature of rapid separation from water-soluble cutting oils, it can be easily separated from emulsions, reducing the damage of such foreign oils to the emulsion and significantly extending the life of the emulsion, significantly reducing the costs of emulsion consumption and disposal of emulsions.
With its excellent washable resistance to coolants, it prevents metal skids from corrosion and prevents wear of guideways made of composite material.
With its excellent friction reduction feature, it ensures that the slideway movements are precise and precise, so that the workpiece can be obtained with the desired precision.
It minimizes friction even in heavy loads and low speeds.
Its filtration ability is excellent, maximizing filter life and reducing maintenance time required for filter replacement.
Provides excellent protection against corrosion and stain formation.
It has been approved by more than 70 bench manufacturers around the world.
